Ginny is a senior paralegal and the Wyatt & Blake office manager.  She joined Wyatt & Blake, LLP in 2003 while working on her paralegal degree, which she obtained in May of 2005. Ginny has been a loyal employee of Wyatt & Blake for over 21 years.

Ginny graduated from paralegal school with an outstanding academic record. She is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal, has an Associates in Applied Science in Paralegal Technology (ABA Approved) and is a Member of the Metrolina Paralegal Association, North Carolina Advocates for Justice (Legal Assistant Division) and the International Academy of Professional Women. Since 2018, Ginny has assisted the Board members of the Federal Bar Association - WDNC Chapter - as well as the North Carolina State Chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers - with memberships, accounting, and the planning and execution of their annual meeting events, making her an honorary member. Ginny is also a Notary for the State of North Carolina.

Ginny often lends her time and skills to One By One Costa Rica (a charitable foundation that assists the Vuelo de Aguila church in San Jose, Costa Rica in reaching out to at-risk teens) and La Escuelita Bilingual Preschool (a bilingual preschool for Hispanic (and some non-Hispanic) students that prepares preschoolers for cultural, academic and language challenges they will face in kindergarten).

Since joining Wyatt & Blake, Ginny has provided legal support services and technological assistance to our attorneys who have represented clients in a variety of matters, including white collar criminal defense investigations and litigation, internal and government investigations, and a variety of civil litigation, including whistleblower and class action cases. Ginny also specializes in document review and analysis, trial technology, the presentation of trial evidence, and she often participates in client meetings and conferences. Ginny’s daily tasks include: analyzing case data and documents; drafting reports, memos and pleadings; maintaining the law office accounting books; creating and organizing witness preparation materials; filing legal pleadings; and communicating with clients and counsel. Ginny is skilled in Microsoft and Adobe Suites, Outlook Exchange, QuickBooks, LexisNexis, Relativity, customer service, strategic planning, and has an extensive background in technology.

Ginny married her high school sweetheart in 2010 and has two beautiful daughters.
